The interim infection prevention and control Andes Virus (ANDV) guidelines are intended for health-care workers in health care settings, programs and services, where patient care is delivered. This includes acute care/inpatient settings, primary and community clinics, pre-hospital, home health and long-term care. Other non-health care settings are beyond the scope of this guidance.
